1. Check-In/Check-Out Times: Please adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional fees.

2. Extra Guests/Capacity Guidelines: The house is designed to comfortably host the number of guests stated in your booking. If the number of guests exceeds the house capacity, an additional fee of RM500–RM1,500 will apply.

3. Parties or Events or Shooting: Hosting parties, events, or gatherings without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and additional fees.

1. Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.
2. No Glassware: Do not bring glass containers or bottles near the pool area.
3. No Diving: Diving is strictly prohibited due to safety concerns.
4. Shower Before Swimming: Rinse off before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness.
5. No Running: No running or rough play in the pool area to prevent accidents.
6. Pool Maintenance: Do not tamper with pool equipment or chemicals.

1. Booking Confirmation
   – Ensure all details (dates, number of guests, etc.) are accurate during booking. Changes may not be accommodated later.
2. Security Deposit
   – A refundable deposit is required for every booking. Any damages or violations may result in deductions.
