This is a three-storey villa located in Seputeh, Kuala Lumpur. Designed to create a sense of peace and connection to nature, the home combines soft neutral tones, simple lines, and a spacious open layout with warm, organic textures.
It’s perfect for family gatherings, friend get-togethers, or company events.The villa has 3 levels, ground floor (parking) > second floor (living area, swimming pool, bedroom) > third floor (bedrooms). It can accommodate up to 38 guests, with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, making it ideal for large groups.
We offer various entertainment facilities such as karaoke, a smart mahjong table, dart board, and foosball table—plenty of fun for everyone. Essential amenities are provided, including free Wi-Fi, TV, hair dryer, towels, washing machine, iron, and full air-conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, air fryer, toaster, cookware, tableware, gas stove, refrigerator, water dispenser, and BBQ tools.

Min Occupancy: 38 Pax ; Max Occupancy: 75 Pax
1. Check-In/Check-Out Times: Please adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional fees.
2. Extra Guests/Capacity Guidelines: The house is designed to comfortably host the number of guests stated in your booking. If the number of guests exceeds the house capacity, an additional fee of RM500–RM1,500 will apply.

3. Parties or Events or Shooting: Hosting parties, events, or gatherings without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and additional fees.
Pool Rules
- Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.
- No Glassware: Do not bring glass containers or bottles near the pool area.
- No Diving: Diving is strictly prohibited due to safety concerns.
- Shower Before Swimming: Rinse off before entering the pool to maintain cleanliness.
- No Running: No running or rough play in the pool area to prevent accidents.
- Pool Maintenance: Do not tamper with pool equipment or chemicals.
