House Rules:
- Break any of the house rules will fine RM500 and above:
- Checkout time is 12pm. Please return the access card and take a photo before checkout, guest who failed to return the access card when checkout will be considered missing and responsible.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
- No leftover dishes and food waste, please clean the dishes and clear the trash before checkout. Extra cleaning fee may be applied.
- If there's any damage/missing items, guest is responsible to pay the bill.
- Not allow any events/partying/ DJ/celebration.
- Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
- No pets allowed.
- Durian/Mangosteen is nice but do not consume at the property. It's hard to remove the smell and stain.
- Any fireworks/firecrackers is prohibited.
- To avoid scratching the floors, do not move the furniture.
- Do not stick anything on wall, any damage guest need to pay the bill.
