1. Check-In/Check-Out Times: Please adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional fees.
2. Extra Guests/Capacity Guidelines: The house is designed to comfortably host the number of guests stated in your booking. If the number of guests exceeds the house capacity, an additional fee of RM500–RM1,500 will apply.

3. Parties or Events or Shooting: Hosting parties, events, or gatherings without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and additional fees.
4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels to respect neighbors and other guests.
5. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors. Use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. A cleaning fee will be charged for indoor smoking up to RM1,000.
6. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by the host in writing. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees or eviction.
7. Care for the Property: Treat the villa and its furnishings with care. Report any damages, malfunctions, or issues immediately to avoid additional charges.
8. Safety First: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the villa or at night. The host is not responsible for theft or loss due to negligence.
9. Staying Within the Law: Any illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited on the property. Violators will be reported to local authorities.
10. Lost Keys or Access Cards: Report lost keys or access cards immediately. A replacement fee will apply.
11. Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables secure at all times.
12. Energy Conservation: Turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use or when leaving the house to conserve energy.
13. Cleanliness: Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment after use. Dispose of trash in designated bins. If excessive cleaning is required (e.g., large amounts of leftover food, drink bottles, beer cans, barbecue utensils, or party decorations), an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Fireworks, firecrackers, and party poppers are not suitable for this space.

Please keep honking to a minimum to maintain a calm atmosphere.

15. Shoes Off Indoors: To help keep the home clean and cozy, we invite you to leave shoes at the door.
16. Parking: Park only in designated areas. Do not block neighbors’ spaces or public areas. Violations may result in towing at the guest’s expense.
